Refractory stoneware paste black PRN 0–0.5 mm – 12.5 kg

Refractory grogged stoneware clay, black in both oxidation and reduction, in a rectangular format. Very plastic for modeling.
Very plastic and easy to work with. Excellent for large sculptures. Soft hardness. The clay should be kept well conditioned when not in use. 12.5 kg bag. Technical data sheet available for download.

– Dry Mechanical Resistance: 40±10 Kgf/cm2;
– Fired Mechanical Resistance: 500±50 Kgf/cm2;
– Total Shrinkage: 10.0±1.5%;
– Water Absorption: 2.0±1.0 %;
– Cubic Thermal Expansion Coefficient (ΔT20-400 ºC): (230 ± 5) x 10 -7 ºC-1.
– Biscuit Firing Temperature: 990ºC – 1000ºC;
– Glaze Firing Temperature: 1260 ºC (±20 ºC).
